I’m a 27-year-old IT and sales professional with 15 years of hands-on experience in technology and 5 years in customer-facing sales roles. My career started early at 17, fixing a computer for a not-for-profit organisation in Maitland, where I developed a strong work ethic and a passion for helping people. Since then, I’ve built a diverse background that includes 3 years at Optus in technical and customer service roles, as well as extensive experience in pubs and hospitality—industries that shaped my communication skills and ability to work with all types of people under pressure.
Over the years, I’ve supported a wide range of local clients, from the Port Victoria Kiosk to local butchers and countless farmers across the region. I understand the unique challenges faced by regional businesses and households, and I take pride in delivering solutions that are straightforward, affordable, and reliable.
